和祐國(guó)際醫(yī)院的定位是一所高水平的非營(yíng)利性國(guó)際醫(yī)院，要建這樣一所醫(yī)院很難，絕不是一蹴而就的事，除了投錢，還需要有長(zhǎng)期耕耘的心理準(zhǔn)備，而且建成以后也要給醫(yī)院長(zhǎng)期“輸血”。但我一定要做，而且一定要做好這件事，希望能夠以這種方式回饋社會(huì)、造福鄉(xiāng)梓，為家鄉(xiāng)、為社會(huì)再做一件有義的事情，這是我的初心。

 Heyou International Hospital will be a nonprofit international hospital featured with its high-standard medical service and quality. However, building such a great hospital is not an overnight achievement because, in addition to enormous capital investment, it also needs psychological preparation for a long-term internal commitment from our staff. Moreover, even after its completion, it still needs financial input from the hospital’s investor for a long time.  However, I have made up my mind that I must do such a thing, and I must do it well regardless of difficulties, for it is my initial mind of philanthropy that is to give back to society in such a charitable way and make another beneficial and meaningful contribution to my hometown and society.

何享健先生是美的集團(tuán)創(chuàng)始人，現(xiàn)任美的控股董事長(zhǎng)，2018年被國(guó)家授予“改革先鋒”稱號(hào)；何享健先生于1968年帶領(lǐng)23位村民創(chuàng)立了美的集團(tuán)。美的集團(tuán)連續(xù)六年入選《財(cái)富》世界500強(qiáng)，2021年排名第288位。

Mr. Xiangjian He, the founder of Midea Group, is Chairman of the Board of Midea Holdings  Co., Ltd.. Mr. He was awarded as Reform Pioneer by the central government in 2018. In 1968, Mr. He established Midea Group with 23 fellows in his village. Midea Group has been listed on the Fortune Global 500 for 6 years in a row (it ranks the 288^th in 2021).

As an entrepreneur with a strong sense of social responsibility, Mr. He has always been committed to charitable causes. He founded Hede Foundation, developed He’s family philanthropic organizations and initiated a variety of public or philanthropic projects such as the Heyuan Park, Shanqi Home, Desheng Community Foundation, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Foundation, He Art Fund, and some charitable trusts. As a result,  a modernized and internationalized charitable system has been set up with charitable assets of 12 billion RMB.

和祐國(guó)際醫(yī)院（以下簡(jiǎn)稱“醫(yī)院”）位于中國(guó)廣東省佛山市，也是珠三角核心區(qū)域；醫(yī)院按照J(rèn)CI認(rèn)證體系和國(guó)內(nèi)三級(jí)甲等綜合醫(yī)院進(jìn)行規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)和建設(shè)，主營(yíng)建筑面積35萬(wàn)平方米，容納1500張床位，總預(yù)算達(dá)100億元人民幣。

Situated in the core area of the Pearl River Delta, Guangdong province, the People’s Republic of China, Heyou International Hospital (hereinafter as Heyou) was founded by Midea Holdings  Co., Ltd with a total budget investment reaching up to 10 billion RMB. The hospital covers an overall floorage of 35,000 square meters, scheduled to incorporate 1500 beds. It will be built upon the standard of 3A general hospitals and JCI accreditation system.

醫(yī)院由英國(guó)杰典國(guó)際建筑設(shè)計(jì)有限公司設(shè)計(jì)，并榮獲2021年德國(guó)標(biāo)志性設(shè)計(jì)獎(jiǎng)·創(chuàng)新建筑獎(jiǎng)。醫(yī)院全部建成后，將發(fā)展成為集醫(yī)療、教學(xué)、科研、預(yù)防、保健、康復(fù)于一體的國(guó)內(nèi)領(lǐng)先的三級(jí)甲等綜合醫(yī)院。

Heyou is designed by BAI Design International Limited and the architectural design of Heyou won ICONIC AWARDS·Innovative Architecture in 2021. By the time of hospital completion, Heyou will be a leading 3A general hospital in China with the synergy of medical services, teaching, research, disease prevention, health management, and rehabilitation treatment.

醫(yī)院將秉承以“患者為中心”，提升患者就醫(yī)體驗(yàn)，打造全新服務(wù)模式，突出強(qiáng)?？?、大綜合、以特色專科建設(shè)帶動(dòng)醫(yī)院整體發(fā)展的發(fā)展模式，致力于建設(shè)成國(guó)內(nèi)一流、國(guó)際有影響力的數(shù)字化和智慧型三甲綜合醫(yī)院，以智慧醫(yī)療服務(wù)于珠三角區(qū)域及國(guó)際患者。

 Heyou will constantly pursue patient-centered service through innovating traditional medical service models for a better patient experience. The general hospital will develop excellent and distinctive specialties that serve as a strong driving force for the hospital to provide a better health care service to the population around Pearl River Delta and international patients with its digitalization and smart technology.

醫(yī)院將按照國(guó)內(nèi)三甲綜合醫(yī)院標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以及JCI標(biāo)準(zhǔn)打造符合國(guó)際水平的質(zhì)量安全體系，設(shè)置如下科室。

Heyou is to be built upon national requirement of 3A hospitals as well as JCI accreditation system to meet international standard of medical care quality and the specialties are setup as followed.

醫(yī)院將重點(diǎn)建設(shè)和發(fā)展腫瘤，骨科與運(yùn)動(dòng)醫(yī)學(xué)等卓越中心。

Heyou will prioritize the development of multiple Centers of Excellence (COEs), such as orthopedics and sports medicine center, oncology center, etc..

1)醫(yī)院將逐步實(shí)現(xiàn)胸痛中心、卒中中心、創(chuàng)傷中心等功能中心的國(guó)家級(jí)認(rèn)證。

Heyou will also be accredited as National Chest Pain Center, National Stroke Center， National Trauma Center etc. step by step in the future.

2)醫(yī)院將設(shè)置IMC國(guó)際醫(yī)學(xué)中心，按照國(guó)際醫(yī)療標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為珠三角乃至國(guó)際患者提供高質(zhì)量診療服務(wù)；

Heyou is going to establish International Medical Center (IMC) which will be built upon international standard of medical quality, to provide a high-quality health care service for patients from the Pearl River Delta and the rest of the world.

3)醫(yī)院將配置尖端設(shè)備，引進(jìn)世界主流產(chǎn)商最新型高端醫(yī)療設(shè)備，包括質(zhì)子重離子設(shè)備、3.0MRI、256排以上CT、雙光子直線加速器、磁波刀、全飛秒、手術(shù)機(jī)器人等；

Heyou is to be equipped with cutting-edge medical equipment. It plans to bring in the latest high-end medical equipment produced by worldwide major manufacturers. The equipment include proton-heavy ion system, 3.0MRI, 256-or-higher-slice CT, dual-energy linear accelerators, magnetic resonance guided focused ultrasound (MgGFU), VisuMax femtosecond laser system, surgical robotics etc..

Heyou will provide high-level laboratories, professional research teams, and considerable research funds to leading researchers in their fields. Finally, Midea Biotechnology Co. Ltd. will translate research fruits.

Heyou is recruiting chief physicians of all specialties.

招聘基本條件Qualifications

1)臨床醫(yī)學(xué)及相關(guān)者專業(yè)，博士學(xué)位；

Must be MD, PhD in Clinical Medicine or other related fields.

2)持有相應(yīng)執(zhí)業(yè)資格證；

Must be board-certified.

3)在美國(guó)新聞周刊排名100強(qiáng)榜醫(yī)院任職并連續(xù)從事臨床工作15年及以上或出任單科病種首席醫(yī)師；

The eligible candidate must have worked for one of top 100 hospitals by Newsweek and with at least consecutive 15 years’ clinical work experience or serve as a chief physician for an individual disease unit.

4) 論文專著：主編、參編過(guò)醫(yī)學(xué)專著或發(fā)表過(guò)SCI 一區(qū)論文；

Paper or monograph publications: the candidate is or used to be a chief editor or have participated in the edition of one or more medical journals or medical monographs;  must have published  SCI papers in SJR Q1.

5)國(guó)際知名大學(xué)或醫(yī)學(xué)院任職副教授及以上職務(wù)優(yōu)先考慮；

The eligible candidate has been awarded the title of associate professor or above in top universities or schools of medicine (preferred).

6)目前或曾任國(guó)內(nèi)或國(guó)際本專業(yè)學(xué)術(shù)組織重要職務(wù)優(yōu)先考慮；

The eligible candidate holds or used to hold a key position in domestic or international academic associations (preferred).

The eligible team must be from one of top 100 hospitals by Newsweek and average years of clinical work must be no shorter than 10 years.
